Charley Layton (he/they) graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA Drama. Based in New York City, he has worked as an actor, musician, and speech teacher for almost twenty years.
As an actor/musician he has performed in the downtown NYC theater scene (Off-Broadway/Off-Off Broadway), at nightclubs and comedy venues, standard music venues, as well as touring shows throughout the country and abroad. Click the following for resume, reviews, and upcoming shows.
He teaches 2nd Year Speech (Diction, Accents & Dialects, Shakespeare, etc.) at the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School. They have also taught speech at the New Studio, Playwrights Horizons Theater School, and coached accents for Bryn Mawr (see full CV and dialect coaching reviews).
